I am Francine, a proud mom and wife, originally from Costa Rica with very humble beginnings. In the U.S., raised by hard-working grandmothers and a single mom, I learned the importance of strong work ethic and business acumen, shaping me into an accomplished Finance Strategy Expert.

With extensive expertise in finance and business, I own companies in industries such as beauty, real estate, and finance. My passion lies in teaching financial strategies and wealth building to female CEOs. My Francine Meyreles Wealth Consulting Firm is where money meets YOUR purpose, empowering women to achieve business success while upholding their personal values.

I'm also the co-founder of the Latina Business Network of New York (LABNNY), dedicated to supporting the growth and philanthropy of Latina professionals.

Rosalyn Maldonado is the founder of Rosalyn Maldonado P.C. Her transactional work includes commercial and residential leases and purchase and sale of real property.

She has been in practice for over twenty-five (25) years, including ten (10) years in which she served as Deputy General Counsel for Red Apple Group, Inc., the parent corporation of numerous subsidiaries with diverse holdings, the most notable being Gristede’s Supermarkets.

After leaving Red Apple Group, Inc., Ms. Maldonado joined a boutique litigation defense firm where she spent eight (8) years further sharpening her litigation skills in both federal and state courts. Her extensive transactional and negotiation experiences afford her a unique insight into litigation matters and make her extremely effective in assessing and evaluating cases.

Suci Padro is a branch manager with The Own It Team at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, With her exceptional ability to put clients at ease and think outside the box, Suci has gained a remarkable reputation among her clientele. She takes pride in being a valuable resource for her clients and recognizes the significance of home ownership in each family's life.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Suci holds prestigious positions within her community. She serves as the President for Nahrep Long Island and sits on the board of the Latina Business Network as Sponsorship and Community Outreach chair. Suci is a passionate advocate for the education and empowerment of Latino families, striving to help them create generational wealth.

Elsi Pacheco, the driving force behind Link Up Level Up, leads the charge in transforming digital branding and web development. With a rich background spanning over twenty years in marketing, design, and website innovation, she has transitioned from the fast-paced hospitality industry to a trailblazer in creative direction. This journey reflects her dedication to building and nurturing brands that make a lasting impression on their audience.

At the heart of Elsi's success is her strategic acumen, particularly in empowering businesswomen to shine online. She crafts brands that not only showcase their unique identity but also draw in their ideal clientele like a magnet. Her method—a fusion of cutting-edge technology and heartwarming storytelling—guarantees that each project stands out for its aesthetic appeal and strategic edge.

Treasurer

Sandra graduated as an accountant in 2008 from Dowling College. In the same year she co-founded the non for-profit organization Fundacion Lucero de America to integrate the Hispanic residents into the Patchogue culture. She is a co-author of the best seller Mujeres que se atreven y no tienen límites in 2023 Volume 3.

Sandra founded SO Accounting to help other business grow. SO Accounting’s missions is, at so Accounting we empower Hispanic business owners to thrive through exceptional accounting services. Guided by accountability, integrity, humility, and efficiency, we serve as strategic partners, providing informed advice to help our clients achieve lasting success in their ventures.

Sandra, a mother of three children and a wife, resides with her family in New York State. She and her husband are also real estate investors.
