    Co-Founder

    I am Francine, a proud mom and wife, originally from Costa Rica with very humble beginnings. In the U.S., raised by hard-working grandmothers and a single mom, I learned the importance of strong work ethic and business acumen, shaping me into an accomplished Finance Strategy Expert.

    With extensive expertise in finance and business, I own companies in industries such as beauty, real estate, and finance. My passion lies in teaching financial strategies and wealth building to female CEOs. My Francine Meyreles Wealth Consulting Firm is where money meets YOUR purpose, empowering women to achieve business success while upholding their personal values.

    I'm also the co-founder of the Latina Business Network of New York (LABNNY), dedicated to supporting the growth and philanthropy of Latina professionals.

  • Gabriella Ciamillo

    Co-Founder

    As a financial advisor, Gabriella knows that financial planning must be catered to each individual’s specific needs and goals. Not only does she help her clients by managing and building upon their current situations and needs, but she also allows them to see their visions fulfilled by effectively planning for their future.

    Her extensive knowledge and experience – paired with her passion and fervor to see her clients achieve financial prosperity and beyond.

  • Rosalyn Maldonado

    General Counsel | Secretary

    Rosalyn Maldonado is the founder of Rosalyn Maldonado P.C. Her transactional work includes commercial and residential leases and purchase and sale of real property.

    She has been in practice for over twenty-five (25) years, including ten (10) years in which she served as Deputy General Counsel for Red Apple Group, Inc., the parent corporation of numerous subsidiaries with diverse holdings, the most notable being Gristede’s Supermarkets.

    After leaving Red Apple Group, Inc., Ms. Maldonado joined a boutique litigation defense firm where she spent eight (8) years further sharpening her litigation skills in both federal and state courts. Her extensive transactional and negotiation experiences afford her a unique insight into litigation matters and make her extremely effective in assessing and evaluating cases.

    Community Affairs & Sponsorship Liaison

    Suci Padro is a branch manager with The Own It Team at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, With her exceptional ability to put clients at ease and think outside the box, Suci has gained a remarkable reputation among her clientele. She takes pride in being a valuable resource for her clients and recognizes the significance of home ownership in each family's life.

    In addition to her professional responsibilities, Suci holds prestigious positions within her community. She serves as the President for Nahrep Long Island and sits on the board of the Latina Business Network as Sponsorship and Community Outreach chair. Suci is a passionate advocate for the education and empowerment of Latino families, striving to help them create generational wealth.

  • Jasmine Olivera

    Community Liaison

    Jasmine Olivera is a sustainability professional with a strong foundation in public health and urban studies. She holds an MPhil in Public Health from the University of Cambridge and graduated valedictorian from Macaulay Honors College at Queens College. At Ernst & Young, she consulted with large corporations on ESG reporting and sustainability strategies, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

    As co-founder of Earth Smile, she led social impact initiatives and market research. Her experience also includes mentoring students in social impact careers and conducting community-based environmental research. Jasmine's career goals are to use philanthropy and research to address how climate change impacts health equity and community development.

  • Katherine A. Serrano Sosa

    Community Liaison

    Katherine Serrano Sosa is an award-winning architect, licensed in NY & NJ, and the founder of Rooted Architecture Studio PLLC. She is dedicated to designing spaces that inspire, heal, and connect, with a focus on inclusive and wellness-focused design tailored to her clients’ unique needs.

    Born in El Salvador, Katherine immigrated to the U.S. at seven and by age 26, she became a licensed architect, a remarkable achievement as one of the mere 2% of Latina licensed architects in the U.S. She actively mentors Latinas in architecture through Arquitina.

    In 2021, Katherine, age 28, launched Rooted Architecture Studio PLLC to create transformative spaces for homeowners, investors, healthcare providers, and socially conscious businesses. Her firm’s bilingual, client-centered approach prioritizes empowerment, sustainability, and community. She also educates the public on architecture through social media, webinars, and events while celebrating her Latina heritage through merchandise.

    Her work has earned recognition, including being named among the Best Architects on Long Island, a Top 50 Woman in Business by Long Island Business News, and the AIA NYS Young Architect Award recipient in 2025.

    Beyond her practice, Katherine is a Board Member and Sponsorship Committee Co-Chair for the Latina Business Network of New York (LABNNY) and is active in AIA Long Island’s Women in Architecture Committee.
